When emailing us, be sure to provide the following information:
- Order Number (if applicable)
- Your Name and/or Organization (or person who placed order; if applicable)
- Best Contact Method (phone number / email address)
- Question or issue
Subject line examples: Status for Order Number _________, Purchase Order Request, International Order Request, Training Information Request, or Discount Request for [Product Name(s)].
You will receive a response within 48 hours (during our normal business hours).

Important Note about Purchase Orders: They must be paid upon receipt of merchandise and/or no less than 2 weeks prior to a training event.
