The ordering forms will total the items, but not include tax and shipping.

Important Note about Purchase Orders: They must be paid upon receipt of merchandise
and/or no less than 2 weeks prior to a training event.

If you are tax-exempt, please include a copy of your Exemption Certificate when emailing us the Form.

Returns & Order Pickup

 

It is our policy to not offer refunds on our products as they are plush goods.  We will however offer an exchange in the event that you received an item that is defective.  If this is the case, please send an email to orders@kimochis.com, and we will exchange the defective item at no cost to you.

All other sales are final.


We also do not offer pickup service.

All orders will be delivered via FedEx Ground or DHL.
